Platform Foundry designs narrowly defined AI capabilities that help manufacturing and operational teams structure information, identify actions, prepare briefings, and support decisions inside controlled business systems.
The aim is not to deploy another generic chatbot. The aim is to place useful AI assistance inside a workflow that already has users, data, approvals, responsibilities, and business controls.
Agentic AI should begin with a clear operational problem, a defined user group, controlled data access, measurable outcomes, and human oversight. Platform Foundry can introduce AI into one of our platform capabilities or design it around an existing client workflow.
Turn free-form shift notes into consistent operational records with proposed categories, equipment references, status, ownership, and carry-forward actions.
Suggest whether an entry relates to production, maintenance, quality, safety, supply, customer communication, or another controlled category.
Identify likely follow-up actions, responsible roles, due points, escalation needs, and unresolved issues for human approval.
Prepare concise summaries of open issues, recent stoppages, outstanding maintenance items, quality concerns, and priorities for the next team.
Help teams identify repeated downtime reasons, recurring defects, unresolved themes, or patterns that deserve management attention.
Answer questions from approved operating procedures, work instructions, policies, or other controlled business knowledge sources.
Platform Foundry favours human-reviewed outputs, role-based access, audit trails, approval gates, controlled integrations, and clear limits on what an AI capability is permitted to do. Limited autonomous actions should only be considered later, after the workflow and controls have been proven.
A supervisor or operator may enter: “Line 2 stopped twice because the left guide was misaligned. Maintenance adjusted it, but the replacement bracket has not arrived.”
The note remains available as the source record so the team can see exactly what was entered.
A human reviews and approves the proposed structure before it becomes part of the operational record or triggers further workflow.
The strongest use cases normally sit inside a real platform rather than beside it.
Prepare handover entries, incoming-shift briefings, unresolved issue summaries, and carry-forward actions.
Support work-in-progress updates, exception classification, production notes, hold reasons, rework explanations, and section-to-section handover.
Help structure issue descriptions, classify defects, summarize evidence, propose follow-up actions, and prepare management summaries.
Extract maintenance actions, identify repeated issues, compare current events with prior occurrences, and prepare escalation drafts.
Prepare controlled customer progress summaries from approved operational or project information for human review before release.
Draft supplier messages, structure requests, summarize responses, and support routing through controlled communication workflows.
We recommend building the operational foundation first and increasing AI responsibility only after the workflow is understood.
Platform Foundry uses Oracle APEX and Oracle Cloud as a practical foundation for data-driven applications, workflows, user access, auditability, integrations, and AI-assisted features. This allows the AI capability to sit inside a controlled operational environment rather than operate as an isolated tool.
Where external systems are involved, APIs, permissions, data access, testing, error handling, security, and ongoing support are scoped carefully. Integration readiness does not mean every external connection is automatically included.
New AI-agent and AI-assisted workflow enquiries begin with a focused paid discovery review to assess the business problem, workflow, users, data, governance, likely value, and appropriate first implementation.
Where a POC/MVP proceeds into an agreed production setup under the stated offer terms, 50% of the POC/MVP fee is credited toward the production setup fee.
Unless a different fixed term is clearly agreed, month-to-month platform, hosting, support, maintenance, and service arrangements may be canceled at any time by written notice, ordinarily taking effect at the end of the current paid monthly period.
