Platform Foundry favours human-reviewed outputs, role-based access, audit trails, approval gates, controlled integrations, and clear limits on what an AI capability is permitted to do. Limited autonomous actions should only be considered later, after the workflow and controls have been proven.

Built as part of a governed business system

Platform Foundry uses Oracle APEX and Oracle Cloud as a practical foundation for data-driven applications, workflows, user access, auditability, integrations, and AI-assisted features. This allows the AI capability to sit inside a controlled operational environment rather than operate as an isolated tool.

Where external systems are involved, APIs, permissions, data access, testing, error handling, security, and ongoing support are scoped carefully. Integration readiness does not mean every external connection is automatically included.

Unless a different fixed term is clearly agreed, month-to-month platform, hosting, support, maintenance, and service arrangements may be canceled at any time by written notice, ordinarily taking effect at the end of the current paid monthly period.
