• Transaction Information: such as subscription selections, billing-related records, purchase history, and service configuration details;
• Listing or Submission Information: such as business details, listing content, advertising materials, creatives, logos, images, text, and supporting information you submit for publication or review;
• Technical and Usage Information: such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring pages, timestamps, and general interaction data collected automatically when you use the Site;

Where you provide non-public business, technical, operational, commercial, project, or platform-related information through discovery applications, paid discovery, meetings, forms, direct communications, tenant-based applications, subscription services, integrations, or support processes, we use that information only as reasonably necessary to assess fit, provide discovery, prepare proposals, design or configure Services, operate and support the relevant platform, follow lawful instructions, and administer our relationship with you.

Client and tenant information may include operational records, workflow entries, customer or supplier information, project and status records, documents, photographs, attachments, evidence, notes, configurations, and reporting data. We treat this information as confidential by default.

We do not intentionally disclose client names, company names, personnel information, project details, submitted requirements, pricing discussions, proposals, Client and Tenant Service Data, or engagement details publicly without prior written consent. Disclosure may occur where required by law or reasonably necessary for internal administration, professional advice, authorized service delivery, hosting, security, compliance, communications, support, or other legitimate operational purposes.
